You can claim Money in a New $8.9M Class Action Settlement for Poppi beverage Products. This lawsuit alleges that the defendant improperly marketed and labeled the Products with “gut healthy” representations and as a result, consumers purchased Products that they would not have otherwise purchased and/or paid more for the Products as a result of the “gut healthy” claims.
If you purchased select Poppi beverage products purchased between January 23, 2020 and July 18, 2025.
Class members with proof of purchase can receive a cash award equal to sum of the actual amount paid for the product(s). Class members without proof of purchase can receive $16 per Household.
