Claim Cash in the $4.5 Million Robitussin Class Action Settlement

You may be able to claim Money in a New $4.5M Class Action Settlement for Robitussin Products. This lawsuit alleges that certain Robitussin products containing dextromethorphan (or “DXM”) were deceptively marketed, advertised, labeled, and sold as “Non-Drowsy".

Do You Qualify?

If you purchased select Robitussin products between February 16, 2016, and January 21, 2025.

Class members can receive anywhere from $1.50 to $4.75 per claim, depending on how many claims are submitted.

How Much will I Receive?

You can score $50 with proof for each product purchased or $25 each without proof.

How Do I Submit a Claim?

Go here to submit your claim form. If you did not receive a claim number in the mail you can request one. Deadline has not been determined yet but might be as early as December 2023.
